Who is responsible
Collectorshub is responsible for processing personal data through this website. Contact: info@collectorshubglobal.com.
What we collect and why
- Order details (name, address, e-mail, phone, items ordered) to process and deliver your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Account details (name, e-mail, encrypted password, wishlist, price alerts, offers) if you create an account. Legal basis: contract.
- Payment details are processed by Mollie B.V.; we only receive the confirmation and the method used.
- Newsletter and drops only if you sign up. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Accounting: invoices are kept for 7 years as required by law.
Shop statistics and TikTok
To understand how the shop is used, we store a random visitor ID in your browser’s local storage and record which pages you view, where your visit came from, your approximate location (country and town, determined by our hosting provider – we do not store your IP address), your device and browser, and what you add to your basket. This data is only visible to us and is deleted after 120 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
We use the TikTok Pixel in cookieless mode to measure our adverts. When you place an order we may send TikTok a hashed (scrambled) version of your e-mail address and phone number.
You can switch this off at any time below. We also respect the Global Privacy Control signal.
Sharing
Only with the parties needed to run the shop: Mollie (payments), PostNL/DHL (delivery), our hosting and database providers, our e-mail service and TikTok (ad measurement). We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object, or withdraw consent via info@collectorshubglobal.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
