1. Who we are
These terms apply to all offers and agreements of Collectorshub, info@collectorshubglobal.com (“CollectorsHub”, “we”).
2. Offer and prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT, unless the product states that the margin scheme applies. Shipping costs are shown before checkout. Obvious errors in the offer do not bind us.
Photos and descriptions show the condition of an item as accurately as possible. For graded cards the grade given by the grading company prevails.
3. Ordering and payment
The agreement is concluded once you have paid for your order. Unique items are reserved for you during checkout; if payment is not completed within 3 hours, the reservation lapses. Payments are processed by Mollie.
4. Offers
An offer is non-binding until we accept it. An accepted offer or counter-offer is valid for 48 hours via the personal payment link. Until you pay, the item may be sold to someone else.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. The risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days you may cancel the agreement free of charge.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. See the Shipping & Returns page for how it works and the rules on loss in value.
7. Warranty and complaints
You are entitled to a product that conforms to the agreement. Report complaints via the contact form or e-mail; we reply within 5 working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
