Is a request binding?
No. A request is free and without obligation. You only pay if you accept our proposal, via a personal and secure payment link.
How quickly will I hear from you?
We usually reply within two working days to let you know whether we can source the piece and what a realistic price is. Finding very rare pieces can take longer; we keep you informed.
How do you guarantee authenticity?
Every piece is inspected by hand before we offer it to you. For graded cards we check the certificate in the grading company’s registry and share the details with you.
How is my piece delivered?
Fully insured and signed for, with tracking, in protective packaging. Your normal consumer rights apply, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.
What does the service cost?
Submitting a request, our search and a proposal are free. For sourcing, our fee is included in the fixed price we propose – no hidden costs and no deposit.
Can you also sell my collection?
Yes. Choose “Sell or consign my pieces” in the request form. We make a purchase offer or sell your pieces on consignment to our network of collectors, discreetly and at a fair market price.
How does a valuation work?
Send us a list or photos of your collection. We value each piece based on recent sales, grade and condition and send you a clear overview.
Can you help me grade my cards?
Yes. We pre-screen your cards for centering, edges, corners and surface, advise on which ones are worth grading and can arrange the submission to PSA, BGS or CGC.
Is my request confidential?
Always. We never share your identity, budget or collection with third parties. Many of our clients prefer to remain anonymous, and that is fine with us.
